Adoption Requirements |

To adopt an animal, you must meet the following crieteria: |

AGE |
You must be over the age of 18 years old and have a government-issued photo ID |
| |
MINORS |
Any members of the household between the ages of 5-10 years old must meet the new pet prior to finalizing an adoption. |
| |
PETS ALLOWED |
You must live where pets are allowed. |
| |
CONSENT |
All members of household must consent to the adoption. |
| |
DOGS |
If planning to adopt a dog or puppy, all dogs in the household must be brought in for an on-site introduction to the new dog prior to finalizing an adoption. |

CURRENT LICENSES |
All animals in the household must be currently licensed (if not, licenses can be updated at time of adoption.) |
