San Jose Animal Care and Services serves the cities of San Jose, Milpitas, Saratoga, Cupertino, and Los Gatos.

Please take the following action: |
For the following animal-related emergencies you MUST CALL - -DO NOT submit an online report:
- An aggressive stray dog
- An injured stray or wild animal
- A sick stray or wild animal
- A confined stray or wild animal
- An animal bite to a human
- A noisy animal

For the following non-emergency animal related activites please submit an online report:
- A dead domestic animal
- A dead wild animal
- A non-urgent humane condition
- An over limit of animals
- A domestic animal allowed to run at large (known address)
- Unsanitary conditions
- A loose dog currently at large

You must complete EACH box in the online form and describe your complaint in detail.
Failure to follow these instructions exactly will result in a service delay.
You also must fill out a separate form for each complaint type even if it is at the same address.
